A gift of seeds makes a good present for a gardening friend. They may be delighted to try something new that they have never grown before. An example might be 3 packets of organic seeds, such as -

one packet of Coriander seed,

one packet of French Bean seed,

one packet of Lettuce seed.

Choose the packets of seeds from our lists and we will put them in a Gift Envelope (£2.50). We will also include a message on an attractive (free) card if you wish, and send it to your friend for you. The price of the seeds is extra (see the prices in our lists). Our Gift Envelope will take up to 5 packets of seeds.

Seed Sprouter

A useful and unusual gift idea is to send a friend a Mung Bean seed sprouter. This is a two-tier sprouter from Denmark. It is made of high quality green plastic, easy to clean, and looks attractive in the kitchen.

Sprouted Mung Beans are highly nutritious as they contain amino acids, iron, vitamin C and potassium. (We have other sprouting seeds for you to
choose from, such as Adzuki Beans, Radish, Alfalfa, Wheat, Fenugreek, Red Clover etc.)

You simply soak the seeds overnight. Then rinse them daily in the sprouter. The sprouted seeds are ready to eat in 3-5 days. Add them raw to salads, soups, sandwiches, and stir fries.

With the two tiers, you can sprout 2 varieties of seed at the same time (eg. Fenugreek and Mung Beans), or start one batch of seed a couple of days before the next, so that you have a constant supply.

Seed Sprouter
£9.70 (We can send it for you as a gift
to a friend, including an attractive free card).
Please add £1.50 for post and packing, whether or not seed is ordered.

Organic seeds for sprouting are extra at various prices per packet. Seeds

When ordering any of these items, please put details on the back of the Order Form. If you want us to send a gift for you, include your message and remember to give us your friend's address for postage.
