HELP WITH ORDERING

Browse through the catalogue to check availability as we update the website often. Some varieties of beans are in smaller quantities and these sell out fast. Faced with a wide choice of varieties to grow, see the description of each and consider these points

Some varieties are especially good for dried seed for winter use in bean dishes.

Some varieties are especially good for fresh green beans.

Some combine these two.

Some crop over a long period.

Some are Climbing and some are Dwarf. Dwarf varieties tend to mature earlier in the season.

Some do well in polytunnels.

Some are very leafy and need strong supports. Given these, they could act as a productive windbreak.

Some have sparse leaves so could be the choice for a windy site, or a site that does not get full sun all day.

Some do not need much water and could be the choice if a holiday is planned.

CAREFUL CHOICES CAN GIVE A HARVEST TO LAST A YEAR !
